Verbal Consultation
I will do a walk through with the homeowner and make my suggestions as I walk through. The homeowner is responsible for taking notes and then the homeowner is responsible for doing the work. There will be no formal written report.
Consultation
I will start with an in-house Consultation to discuss the preliminary work to be done by the owner before Staging takes place (I.e. cleaning, painting, packing away any unnecessary items). I will also take a walk through the yard with the homeowner to make suggestions as to how to improve the curb-appeal of their home. I will then take a second walk through alone; make my notes and take some "before pictures".
The Consultation process takes 1 to 2 hours. A checklist and notes from the consultation will be given to the homeowner within 48 hours of the first Consultation.
Fees:$150 for a verbal consultation
$200 for houses 2500 sq ft or less
$250 for houses 2501 sq ft or more
Additional hours of consultation are $50.00 per hour
Mileage will be charged at $.54 per km outside the perimeter highway
Bid/Quote for Professional Staging Service
I will start with an in-house consultation as described above making clear what the owner is responsible for, and what Pleasing to the Eye Design Team is responsible for. A full itemized list of work to be done will be signed off by the homeowner and the Staging Company.
A contract will be drawn up, and with the homeowner's approval, "Pleasing to the Eye" will begin staging the property using the homeowner's existing furniture and accessories. Rented furniture and accessories may be brought in as needed.
The cost of "Professional Staging" is based on a per project basis.
